Member Types with the Asphalt Pavement Association of Oregon
Our By-laws provide for three types of membership: Regular Members, Associate Members and Affiliate Members
Regular Member: A Regular member shall be an individual, partnership, corporation, or other business entity in good standing with the Association that is actively engaged in the manufacture and/or placing of scientifically proportioned asphalt paving mixture.
Associate Member: An Associate member shall be an individual, partnership, corporation, or other business entity in good standing with the Association that is actively engaged in the furnishing of services or sales of materials and/or equipment used directly or indirectly in the manufacturing, production, or construction of asphalt paving mixture.
Affiliate Member: An Affiliate member shall be an individual, partnership, corporation, or other business entity in good standing with the Association that is not actively engaged in the manufacture or production with the use of an asphalt plant or asphalt paving mixture, or the furnishing or sales of material and/or equipment for the use in the manufacturing, production, or construction of asphalt paving mixture, but who is interested in the promotion and advancement of high standards of business practices in the use of asphalt pavement.
